Return & Exchange Policy
If you changed your mind about the products you have purchased from us, our return policy helps you to get a refund on the purchased item or exchange those items with items that fall under the same product-catagory, subject to the following conditions:
- If you are willing to return an item, first of all contact our customer service and they will provide the details.

- Item(s) must be returned within 15 days of delivery, together with invoice.
- Item(s) can be exchanged with in 25 days of delivery, together with invoice.
- Item(s) may be returned after opening of the box as long as the product does not return with any type of external (body) defects such as scratches or dents.
- Item(s) which are USED/TESTED/ASSEMBLED/DE-ASSEMBLED will NOT be accepted under this Return Policy.
- Faulty items can be exchanged, returned or refunded including the invoice and Damas Union will cover the shipping charges.
- Return is not acceptable for misused/mishandled items.
